ubiAptitude is geared to manage assessment content in many languages including Arabic. The Excellencors engaged Ubitech to design tailor-made test papers according to the position. ubiAptitude provided them with three progressive levels of testing the candidates giving them the right kind of practice tests to enhance the chance at the Excellence program. The tests were scheduled at the convenience of the identified employees. The tests ranged from multiple choice psychometric tests to case study based questions to descriptive questions. Each test level had a system generated detailed report with ratings and interpretation of the score. ubiAptitude was instrumental in analyzing skill-gap of the participants and identifying training needs.
